PRESS RELEASE
On the recommendations of the Foreign Investment Promotion Board(FIPB), the Commerce & Industry Minister Shri Murasoli Maran has approved 23 proposals of Foreign Direct Investment of about Rs. 308.00 Crore. The proposals cover various sectors including bulk drugs, chemicals, printing , NBFC activities, processed food, Software development, cargo handling, sports and entertainment, Textiles, waste water treatment and engineering products. A list of proposals cleared is enclosed.
