                On the recommendations of the Foreign Investment Promotion Board(FIPB), the Commerce & Industry Minister Shri Murasoli Maran has approved 21 Cases of Foreign Direct Investment of about Rs. 100.00 Crore. The proposals cover various sectors like air transport , bio-technology, machine tools, software development, internet related services, fast food, tourism, packaging, textiles and consumer goods. A list of proposals cleared is enclosed.
